职责&要求

Major Responsibilities of Position本职位主要职责
1. Lead Team Activities by 领导团队工作:
? Championing the Health, Safety and Environmental issues within the team. 在团队中负责健康，安全和环境事宜
? Working on 6S to ensure the safe status of people, equipment, tooling in production. Correct the 6S nonconformance in time. 6S工作，确保生产过程中，人员、设备、模具等均处于安全状态，对6S不符合项及时进行整改；
? Consistently applying and enforcing company rules and procedures. Supervise the employee’s work and onsite quality records fillout to ensure products quality. Correct, train and discipline any misdeeds on employee’s part. 始终如一地贯彻执行公司的规章制度和流程，监督员工的工作质量及现场质量记录的填写，以保证产品质量，及时纠正、教育、处理员工的错误行为；
? Taking responsibility for quality and productivity issues for the manufacturing group by ensuring that the manufacturing team utilizes the manufacturing systems in place, including quality systems, process systems, QS9000, etc.通过确保制造团队遵守公司的现场制造体系，包括质量体系，工艺体系，QS9000等，组织本班员工按生产计划进行生产，实现目标GPU和废品率
? Prioritizing team activities to meet or exceed the team goals.以优先次序合理安排工作从而满足或超出团队目标
? Managing the day to day operations and leading the team to make the best decisions possible using the information available at the time. 管理日常运作，利用适时信息和资源，领导团队作出尽可能最好的决策
? Ensuring the proper documentation is maintained, such as part weights, metal tracking, etc.  Updating work stations.  确保维护相应的文件，如产品重量，原材料跟踪等。更新工作区域的信息
? Turnover - getting and giving.   完成交接班工作，以便下一个班正常生产
? Completing shift Leader Check Sheet.  完成值班长的检查表单
? Entering final audit, scrap, OEE numbers in computer.  把最终审核，报废，OEE等数据输入电脑
? Record and follow up “Work order” timely and effectively. 及时有效地记录和跟踪维修工单
? Reviewing email and passing on the information to co-workers as required.检查邮件，根据要求传递信息给同事
? Attending numerous meetings.
参加各种会议，并准时召开班组交流会，传达公司、生产部的重要信息，同时总结本班的产量和质量信息
? Completing investigations regarding safety incidents and accidents.
根据发生的安全事故完成调查，包括现场保护，事故分析及报告和组织紧急情况下的员工疏散工作


2. Coach and Support by 教育、支持:
? Effectively communicating with all team members, thus enhancing employee morale.
与团队成员进行有效的交流,促进团队士气
? Scheduling plant manufacturing activities so that necessary downtime for training, PM, sampling, etc. can be accommodated. 安排工厂生产，以至于有足够的时间停机进行培训，预防性维护，试模等等。
? Ensuring that adequate training is provided.  确保为员工提供足够的培训
? Assisting where needed on the shop floor, including leak testing, clean ingot chute, loading ingots, clear faults and restart DCM, etc., when necessary. Inspect the furnaces in running or in low temperature heating every shift to ensure proper performance and fix any nonconformance. Decide the drossing amount needed according to inspection result of furnaces drossing. 在必要的时候为任何需要帮助的地方提供协助，包括泵漏，清理镁锭滑道，放置镁锭，清除故障及再开机等。每班对正常生产或低温保温的熔炉进行检查，确保熔炉均处于正常状态，处理检查过程中发现的不合格项，现时根据检查熔炉熔渣情况安排每台熔炉需要扒渣数量
? Managing die life in conjunction with Technical Team Members, be establishing a system of rotation, preventative maintenance, etc. and scheduling the proper maintenance of dies.
与技术团队人员一起管理模具寿命，设置循环体系，预防性维护等，安排模具的维护保养
? Engaging in trouble shooting and problem solving activities through the team-based organization by conducting the daily operations meeting and assisting in the development of the short and long term action plans.  通过日常生产会议的召开，参与问题解决，协助指定短期和长期的措施计划
? Assisting in resolving conflicts.   协助处理冲突
? Conducting employee evaluations.  进行员工的评估
? Counseling employees on performance related issues.   处理员工相关绩效问题
? Enabling employee needs and problems to be effectively addressed.  促使员工问题和需要的有效解决
? Inputting daily attendance- booking vacations, leave of absences, etc., assist Team Administrator.
输入日常考勤-请假，缺勤等，协助团队的行政事宜
3. Satisfy Customer Needs by 满足客户要求:
? Scheduling production in such a way as to meet requirements. 以有效的方式安排生产满足要求
? Ensuring quality expectations are met, statistical tools are used and necessary data collected and  analyzed.     确保满足质量要求，统计工具的使用，必要数据的收集以及分析
? Assisting in the resolution of customer complaints. 协助解决客户抱怨
? Ensuring that process problems are successfully resolved. 确保流程中问题的成功解决
? Participating in launch and APQP activities to ensure that robust manufacturing systems are put in place.
参与新项目的开发，PPAP以确保流畅的生产体系
? Assisting with quality related activities, and performing final audits. 协助质量相关事宜，进行最终审核。
4．Other其它：
? During night shift, weekends and holidays, coordinate the maintenance, electrician, quality, logistics, stockroom and other departments to prioritize and deal with the issues in production and supervise their work.中夜班及周末节假日期间，组织协调机电模修、质量、物流、仓库等部门按生产优先级顺序解决生产过程中出现的问题，同时监督这几个部门的工作。
? RESPONSIBLE FOR Cell Leaders，Set-Up Operators 下属:机长,压铸工

Education and Skill Requirements教育及技能要求
? Well developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills. Graduated from high school or technical school.  3-5 years of die casting experience. 良好的人际关系，书面和口头交流技能，高中或技校毕业，有3-5年压铸实际操作经验；
? A sound knowledge of Health, Safety & Environmental issues. 对于健康，安全以及环境方面的良好知识
? Ability to work in a team environment. 团队环境下工作
? Understand the related requirements and standards of ISO/TS16949.了解ISO/TS16949质量体系标准相关要求
? Must have knowledge of QS9000 .了解QS9000
? Must have proven leadership abilities. 必须具有领导能力
? Must have strong mechanical/trouble shooting skills and a strong understanding of the die cast process and plant equipment. 具备良好的机械问题解决的技能，良好的对压铸工艺和工厂设备的了解
? Ability to prioritize. 区分优先顺序能力
? Process skills. 工艺技能
? Company policies and procedures. 公司政策和流程
